I want to compliment Empire State commercial Roofing on an excellent job. I had a 7,000 square foot roof resurfaced and insulated. The results have been remarkable. All the pesky small leaks are gone and the place is considerably more comfortable. The crew were fantastic having great communications with them throughout the install. They constantly checked in with me on arrival and departure times and what they were doing each day. Another bonus was that Little Man (Joel) the director had put me in touch with a number of other contractors to complete ongoing projects on my property. They were all great and ending up saving me a lot of money. I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you for such a fantastic job that you did!

I am writing because we cannot say enough great things about the service from C.L.C.! We own a large barn....over 20K sq ft and it has a metal roof. A cupola was added and we had some issues with water leaking. I did a lot of research and reached out to C.L.C. through Facebook. I was floored because I immediately received a response back. (really, how many contractors do that?) I shared more about my situation and was very impressed at how patient C.L.C. was listening to me. They asked thorough questions and then scheduled a date to come for a site visit. After a trip up on the roof and 1.5 hours later- all was fixed! Now when it rains, I no longer have to worry about a leak. I was so impressed with the service, I hired them to do a bigger job on a rental we own. In the year of 2023, where you read scary stories from people paying contractors and then end up a with a terrible job. As a women owned business, I cannot say enough good things about C.L.C. Thank you for helping me the way you did!!!!

Israel and Cayuga Lake Construction gave us an estimate this spring to replace our shingled roof with a new metal roof. His estimate was the lowest we received and we decided to go with them. Israel explained everything to us and scheduled the job. The job was completed in about 2.5 days, and it came out exactly as we expected. This fall we had a small issue with the seal around a chimney on our roof and Israel and his crew came back to our house within a week of my call to him and he took care of the minor issue with the chimney, and it was covered under the warranty. We would not hesitate to use Cayuga Lake Construction again for any future roofing needs we have. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a new metal roof.
